Description
This Sailor Pro Gear Slim Yodaki Red fountain pen features a glittering deep red resin barrel and cap, complemented by gold-plated accents. This is one of four colours as part of Sailor’s Shikiori Special Edition Japanese Yodaki collection. The flat-top cap features the Sailor anchor logo inset into the top finial. It comes equipped with Sailor’s stainless steel gold plated nib in medium fine. The cap screws to open/close and can push to post onto the back of the barrel when writing. The Professional Gear Slim fountain pen comes with a Sailor proprietary converter as well as two proprietary Sailor Black ink cartridges.
The Shikiori Japanese Yodaki series is a follow-up to the extremely popular Four Seasons series. Each special edition pen features a special glimmer effect in the cap and body, also familiar from other special edition pens such as the Purple Cosmos and Red Supernova.
Sailor Pro Gear Slim fountain pens utilize a convenient cartridge-converter fill system – any bottled ink can be used when the pen is fitted with the provided converter, and Sailor brand disposable ink cartridges can also be utilized.
