asa-gao (morning glory): The summer Morning Glory has long been a familiar favorite of the Japanese. This shade of blue evokes the refreshing color of a newly blooming Morning Glory.
Pilot Iroshizuku Asa-Gao, aka Morning Glory, is made in Japan and is a beautiful dark blue color with some medium shading and a tiny bit of copper sheen in large swabs. It dries in 15 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has a wet flow. Its a great everyday blue.
