Pennonia Hupikk (Whoopie Blue) is a light sky blue with medium shading. It dries in 40 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has a slightly dry flow. Pennonia is a Hungarian company.

PennoniaHupikkis a light blue that, some say, was inspired by the color of theSmurfs. Growing up theSmurfswas one ofMt’s favorite cartoons and he always watched it on TV. In Hungarian name of the show wasHupikk Trpikk.

The name actually refers to the blue your skin gets after you get beaten, or whooped and thats why this ink is calledWhoopie Bluein English.
