Pennonia Csontvry-kk (Csontvry’s Blue) is an unsaturated cornflower blue with medium shading. It dries in 30 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. Pennonia is a Hungarian company.

Tivadar Kosztka Csontvry was famous Hungarian painter. He had an eccentric personality not understood by his contemporaries. His works were universally recognized only after his death.
