Description
Akkerman 02 Residentie Blauw from the Standard collection is a medium royal blue ink with low shading. It dries in 40 seconds in a medium nib on Rhodia and has an average flow. Akkerman ink originates in the Netherlands.
Residence Blue is a light shade of powder blue that is reminiscent of a slightly cloudy sky. This ink is a consistent color that doesn’t seem to do much in the way of shading but is still a beautiful, pastellike color.
Originally made to celebrate their 100th anniversary, this ink comes in a vintage-style 60mL glass bottle with a narrow neck and a marble stopper that creates a well at the top to aid in filling pens, allowing you to get every last drop of ink from the bottle.
